Worth knowing
Prada Marfa is actually 37 miles up the road in Valentine. Go at sunrise or sunset on a weekday and you will likely have it to yourself.
End a night at the Marfa Lights platform east of town. The front desk can point you there.
Marfa runs on its own clock. A lot of restaurants and galleries close Monday through Wednesday, so Thursday through Sunday is when the town is actually awake.
