Rent bikes, and depending on where you are staying, a golf cart can make getting around easier. The 30A towns are built for car-free days, and moving the crew between the house, the beach, and dinner is half the fun on two wheels.
Summer is peak, hot, and busiest, while May and September are warm, calmer, and cheaper. Stock the house on the way in, because a big group burns through groceries and the good restaurants book up.

30A is a string of small beach towns along the Florida Panhandle between Destin and Panama City Beach, with sugar-white sand and a slow, biking pace, and Rosemary sits on the quieter, more upscale end.
