This was my third time attending Lollapalooza, and I had a great time (despite the rain and mud)! I went all four days of the festival, and if you love music, it’s totally worth it! Some of the best sets I saw were:

• Charli XCX: my absolute favorite performance… the energy the crowd brought was crazy!
• Tate McRae: amazing performance— she dipped herself in gold!
• Five Seconds of Summer: most surprisingly good set of the festival

If you are going for the first time, here are some tips for the best festival experience:

• Pack sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and other festival necessities 
• If you want to take advantage of brand activations, get there EARLY! Better not to wait hours in line while your favorite artists are performing 
• Wear comfy clothes/shoes! Looking cute is very important of course, but be prepared to be out in the sun all day!
• Be careful with your phone!! Pickpocketing is very common (I know from personal experience LOL)
